Robots for logistics tasks

The  Depalletizing   after the goods receipt, the repalletizing and the  Picking   of items for shipping are important, labor-intensive tasks in logistics. A wide variety of goods have to be assembled onto transport units – usually Euro pallets – in the warehouses of retail companies, manufacturers and logistics service providers in order to prepare them for the next production or shipping stage.

PREMIUM ROBOTICS  realizes modular logistics solutions. Depending on the application and the customer, different plant types are assembled from a modular system. The special feature is the roll-up gripping technology from Premium Robotics, which enables the robot to grip even the most difficult types of packaging (e.g. trays with yogurt).

Depalletize

In one production, mono pallets are created at the end of the line. Often these have to be depalletized again for commission formation or for storage in the handling warehouse. A difficult and monotonous task that can now be performed by the robot even with difficult containers.

Repalletizing

In the store, retail chains often want to offer fast-moving products on half pallets instead of space-consuming Euro pallets. However, producers and high rack technology can usually only handle Euro pallets. This is where our standardized repalletizing robot comes in handy. If required, it can create mixtures of several varieties at once, for example chocolate, vanilla and strawberry on one pallet.

Picking

The top class of handling tasks in logistics. Depending on the product mix, either simple stand-alone solutions or complete robot-based storage systems can be created. Thanks to the highly flexible gripping technology, hardly any product can be excluded from the automated picking process.
